I write reviews and they always seem to go away somehow. My rep doesn't load free gifts or any free anymore, much less stops by to talk to me. It's not even entertaining to watch your money go and nothing happen spin after spin.Ĭan't say about the hotel since I haven't seen it or stayed there. I've lost so much I doubt I'll ever go back. Not sure who made a lot of these decisions, but they're not good ones in my opinion. The old Cafe Soboba was great and reasonable food prices, now it's high brow and expensive. No bingo, no poker table game tournaments and seldom do they even have a slot tournament anymore. At least they made it so you can get food on your players card at the restaurants. Promotions kiosks are few making you walk a long way to get to one. It's loud because the new casino is one large room.
Occasionally you'll hear or see someone win a jackpot, but compared to how many people lose everything it's peanuts in payouts. I've talked to a lot of people complaining about how bad it is. If a machine gives you anything it takes it right back.
Now it seems like when they moved all the machines they lowered the payouts on slots. When Soboba Casino was in it's old facility at least you had some chance of winning.
